The next Association meeting is scheduled for Hurricane Primitive Baptist Church, beginning on Friday September 30, 2011, before the 1st Sunday and will continue on Saturday October 1, 2011. Friday meetings include morning, afternoon, and evening services. Saturday services include morning and afternoon with the Association meeting ending after the Saturday afternoon service. Lunch and supper are normally provided on Friday.  Lunch is normally provided on Saturday. The services begin each morning as follows:  Friday 10:30 am and Saturday 10:00 am. Please note: Starting at the association in 2010 the business session for the association is being held at 10:00 am on Friday morning.

The last Association meeting of the Flint River Association of Alabama was held with Briar Fork Primitive Baptist Church beginning on Friday before the 1st Sunday in October 2010 (October 1 and 2, 2010).

The next Union Meeting of the Flint River Association of Alabama is with Briar Fork Primitive Baptist Church starting on Friday, April 15, 2011, before the 3th Sunday and will continue on Saturday April 16, 2011. Friday meetings include morning, afternoon, and evening services. Saturday services include morning and afternoon with the Union meeting ending after the Saturday afternoon service. Lunch and supper are normally provided on Friday.  Lunch is normally provided on Saturday. The services begin each morning as follows:  Friday 10:30 am and Saturday 10:00 am.

To reach Briar Fork Church: Take Highway 231 North from Huntsville to Hazel Green; turn left (West) on West Limestone Road and go about three miles to Briar Fork Road; turn right (North) and go about 1/2 mile to Church on the left.

To reach Flint River Church: Go about 10 miles East of Huntsville on U.S. 72 to Moontown Rd., Left on Moontown Rd., for about 1 mile to the Church on the Right.

To reach Hurricane Church: Take Highway U.S. 72 from Huntsville east to Ryland Pike; turn left, continue east through Maysville (four way stop) to Hurricane Creek Road; turn left (North), continue until the intersection with County Lake Road; turn left, go 200 yards; turn right on Hurricane Road; drive approximately two miles to the church on the right. Or from Scottsboro, take U.S. 72 west; continue through Gurley to Brock Road (near large curve to the left in U.S. 72); turn right on Brock Road, continue to the four way stop in Maysville; turn right at the four way stop and continue as from four way stop in directions from Huntsville.
